Candidates should have a high school diploma and a bachelor's or 5+ years in food manufacturing, with ERP and data analysis skills;

Qualifications

• GMP, HACCP, and food safety regulations knowledge.
• ERP software experience and data analysis skills.
• Flexibility to work varying shifts including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Foster a positive work environment and align with company values.
• Ensure staff understand priorities and optimize staffing.
• Provide training to production employees (Mill, Eye, Pack, Treat).
• Ensure GMP and SQF compliance and maintain safety, documentation.
• Coordinate schedules with Area Manager to meet goals.
• Oversee processing, treating and packaging to meet quality and timelines.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and proper receiving/processing reports.
• Enforce safe work practices and manage safety supplies.
• Evaluate labor utilization and plan training and succession.
• Communicate with Area Manager and teams on operations.
• Ensure housekeeping and plan harvest operations as needed.
• Oversee receiving/shipping, pest control, and warehouse conditions.
• Serve as main contact for railcar placement and releases.
• Develop knowledge of dry edible bean seed classes and treatment products.
• Maintain pesticide applicator license and regulatory compliance.
