The position requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field and 6 years of food manufacturing experience, with leadership capabilities and knowledge of SQF and SPC tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Management, or Manufacturing.
• 6 years of food or beverage manufacturing experience.
• Experience supervising manufacturing teams; translate concepts into concrete actions.

Responsibilities

• Establishes and communicates goals for safety, quality, service, and performance.
• Owns production/operations systems to drive continuous improvement.
• Leads shift to meet schedules, control inventory, and achieve service levels.
• Acts as Startup Lead for critical equipment projects and modifications.
• Gains mastery of the production process and drives innovation initiatives.
• Leads continuous improvement efforts, setting standards and training staff.
• Promotes Zero Waste, Zero Harm, One Team, and 100% Commitment.
• Contributes to Annual Operating Plan and cost improvements.
• Supports food safety and sanitation to meet customer expectations.
