You will develop processes to maximize food safety, teamwork, and productivity, and maintain documentation in compliance with GMP and SQF standards.

The role involves coordinating staffing, training production employees, and collaborating with the Area Manager to meet schedules, with responsibilities spanning mill and eye processing,

Qualifications

• GMP/HACCP knowledge is required.
• Strong understanding of food safety regulations is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead operations to meet production goals and quality standards.
• Ensure GMP and SQF compliance and maintain a safe, clean work environment.
• Provide training and guidance to production staff including Mill, Eye, Pack line, and Treat Operators.
