Job summary

Reworld is seeking a Facility Manager to lead the Thermomechanical Treatment Facility operations in a 24/7 rotating shift environment in the USA. You will drive safety, environmental compliance, and operational excellence across the plant, including maintenance, budgeting, and workforce development.

Ideal candidates bring a Bachelor’s in Engineering or related field with 10+ years in power or manufacturing, and a proven record of leadership, Lean/Six Sigma application, and cost control.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years in power plant or manufacturing, ideally power generation and/or material handling.
• Experience leading teams and driving value-added results.
• Lean/Six Sigma knowledge; Black/Green belt preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safe and environmentally responsible operations at the site.
• Oversee Health, Safety, and Environmental programs.
• Lead operations to meet or exceed annual targets.
• Develop long-term maintenance, staffing, and budget plans.
• Develop and execute site strategy for discipline, productivity, quality and reliability.
• Champion Six Sigma/Lean to drive plant improvements.
• Maintain cost effectiveness through productivity and asset management.
• Build and lead the site leadership team.
