Prudential Overall Supply Inc. seeks an Assistant General Manager to oversee all plant departments and drive revenue, profit and growth at the Round Rock location. You will report to the General Manager and ensure operations align with company policy and procedures.

The role requires strong managerial skills, the ability to multi-task, and a track record in P/L and staff development. Fluency in English is preferred; Spanish is a plus.

Formación

• Managerial and high level organizational skill experience.
• Ability to multi-task, work independently and resourceful to meet established goals.
• P/L experience is required or preferred.
• Strong communication skills with a variety of individuals.
• 2+ years in customer service, sales, production management and supervisory roles.
• 1+ years in consulting, training, goal setting, employee relations, and problem solving.
• Experience in recruiting and staff development with employee reviews.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred but not required.
• Bachelor's degree or higher preferred but not required.
