Prudential Overall Supply Inc. in Colonial Heights, VA is seeking an Assistant General Manager to oversee the plant's departments, drive revenue and profit, and ensure operations align with company policy.

You will report to the General Manager, recruit and develop staff, manage customer relations, and lead process improvements across multiple functions. Bachelor's degree preferred; Spanish language skills are a plus.

Formación

• Managerial and high level organizational skill experience.
• Ability to multi-task, work independently and resourceful to meet established goals.
• Previous experience as a Plant Manager or Assistant General Manager in a laundry facility preferred but not required.
• Bachelor's degree or higher preferred but not required.
• Previous experience in P/L.
• Must have computer skills such as Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel.
• Ability to work with a variety of individuals. Be able to demonstrate excellent communication skills.
• 2+ years in customer service, sales, production management and supervisory role.
• 1+ years experience in consulting, training, goal setting, employee relations, and problem solving.
• Must be able to recruit and develop staff members and conduct employee reviews.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred but not required.

Responsabilidades

• The Assistant General Manager is responsible for the proper management of all departments at the plant level and reports to the General Manager.
• Responsible for revenue, profit and growth at the assigned location and executes primary responsibilities in accordance with Company Policy and Procedures.
