Job summary

TVS Supply Chain Solutions North America in Waterloo, IA, seeks an Operations Manager to lead and coordinate activities across all departments on two shifts. You will drive safety, quality, people management, and operational performance, reporting to the Plant Manager.

The role requires a strong background in manufacturing or logistics, with 4+ years of supervisory experience, ERP/WMS knowledge, and the ability to analyze KPI data and implement continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/Management, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 6+ years of manufacturing, production, or logistics experience.
• 4+ years of leadership or supervisory experience.
• Strong computer skills and MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
• Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Great Plains, Dynamics) and WMS.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate operations across departments on two shifts.
• Drive safety, quality, and productivity; enforce 6S practices.
• Oversee timekeeping, attendance, and payroll data accuracy.
• Communicate with customers to address issues and improve service.
• Develop continuous improvement plans and KPI reporting.
• Coach and develop staff to maximize performance.
