Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• 3+ years of experience in manufacturing.

• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Must have a strong customer orientation.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Basic computer skills with Microsoft Office understanding.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and assign personnel to meet production plans and priorities.
• Supervise manufacturing staff and monitor workflow for on-time results.
• Act as quality inspector and safety coordinator for the area.
• Maintain staff development and training opportunities.
• Ensure materials and equipment are ready for production.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment and follow procedures.
