Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years of experience in manufacturing.
• 3+ years of Supervisory experience.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Must have a strong customer orientation.
• Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Basic computer skills with understanding of Microsoft products.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and assign personnel to complete production plan.
• Communicate job expectations and coach staff.
• Orient and train employees for growth.
• Maintain workflow and monitor processes and equipment.
• Spend 50% of time in direct labor in the area.
• Identify safety concerns and hazards and address them.
• Act as the quality inspector and ensure standards.
• Ensure materials are available for production.
• Provide manufacturing information and maintain records.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment.
