Inteplast Group in Bluffton, IN is seeking a Plant Manager to oversee all aspects of plant operations, including safety, quality, production efficiency, materials, and cost management. This role requires strong leadership and the ability to drive continuous improvement across functions.

You will lead team leaders and coordinate with purchasing, maintenance, engineering, sales, and quality to meet customer demands and targets while managing costs and ensuring compliance with company standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required; engineering/technical emphasis preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years in manufacturing leadership.
• Experience in plastics blown film and converting operations.
• Knowledge of 24/7 manufacturing environments preferred.
• Strong planning, coordination, and cross-functional leadership.

Responsabilités

• Schedule workflow to meet customer orders with proper planning and equipment utilization.
• Analyze operations financially to prepare monthly reports for management.
• Lead safety and quality initiatives to meet OSHA standards.
• Coordinate with purchasing, maintenance, engineering, sales, quality, and suppliers.
• Drive continuous improvement to reduce downtime and costs.
• Develop and approve capital projects with engineering and management.
• Manage production scheduling and material flow to maximize efficiency.
