The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, at least 3 years of manufacturing leadership experience, and strong organizational skills.

This role involves supervising teams, monitoring production efficiency, and implementing quality management systems to exceed customer expectations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in manufacturing leadership capacity.
• Experience managing a shift environment.
• Knowledge of Quality Management Systems.

Responsabilités

• Supervise and assist team leads and assistant team leads.
• Meet production objectives and align staff with objectives.
• Ensure workplace safety and professionalism.
