Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Legal eligibility to work in the United States.
• Ability to speak, read and write English.
• 1–3 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Effective written and verbal communication with all levels of personnel.
• Basic math skills and some mechanical abilities.

Responsibilities

• Process finished products.
• Trim access flash and remove sprues from plastic.
• Assemble and package products.
• Use hand tools correctly.
• Record production data: counts, defects, quantities, downtime and uptime.
• Keep the work area clean, organized and safe.
• Understand plastics types at a basic level.
• Assist in training new employees.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
