The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of plastics supervisory experience, mold setup skills, and strong communication abilities to collaborate with multiple departments and ensure adherence to procedures and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED plus 3–5 years supervisory experience in plastics.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Hands-on mold setup experience in Structural Foam and High-Pressure Molding Industry.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate production team activities each shift.
• Oversee production systems performance and drive improvements.
• Delegate daily/shift tasks based on schedules and labor availability.
• Ensure equipment setup meets customer specs and quality standards.
• Train and develop staff; address production issues and safety requirements.
• Maintain production records and communicate with staff and other departments.
• Enforce quality, safety, and regulatory standards across operations.
