Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• 7+ years in manufacturing or plant leadership preferred.
• Proficient with MS Office (Word/Excel/Access) and data reporting.

Responsibilities

• Directs plant manufacturing from raw materials to finished products to meet safety, quality and productivity goals.
• Develops and manages budgets, expenditures and cost control with corrective actions as needed.
• Collaborates with product managers and sales leaders to align production with business plans and profitability.
• Oversees engineering, maintenance, capital projects, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Upholds Zero Harm safety principles in all decisions and actions.
