Responsibilities

• Directly supervise assigned personnel on shift and coach for growth.
• Manage employee relations, safety, quality, and productivity.
• Prepare shift by reviewing orders and scheduling production and ensuring material readiness.
• Lead pre-shift meetings and communicate goals to the team.
• Maintain ALARA safety focus and incident prevention; address hazards.
