Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years experience in manufacturing.
• Associate degree preferred.
• Steel wire manufacturing experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Directs and coordinates manufacturing operations on a single shift.
• Ensures safety, quality, and efficiency; coaches team members.
• Pre-shift preparation, scheduling, and materials readiness.
• Provides training and onboarding for new team members.
• Maintains shop floor presence and supports production needs.
