Qualificações

• Demonstrated experience with safety, quality, productivity, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily manufacturing operations to ensure efficient and reliable production.
• Establish and monitor operational goals related to safety, quality, productivity, delivery, and cost.
• Ensure production plans and customer requirements are consistently met.
• Identify operational challenges and implement effective solutions.
• Lead, develop, and mentor plant personnel and management teams.
• Establish clear performance expectations and promote accountability.
• Foster a collaborative culture focused on safety, quality, productivity, and continuous improvement.
• Support workforce planning, training, and employee development initiatives.
• Maintain a strong culture of workplace safety and environmental responsibility.
• Ensure compliance with applicable safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
• Identify workplace risks and implement appropriate corrective and preventive actions.
• Drive initiatives that improve product quality, manufacturing efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
• Use continuous improvement methodologies to reduce waste, improve productivity, and optimize processes.
• Monitor key performance indicators and implement corrective actions when targets are not achieved.
• Manage plant budgets, operating costs, and resource allocation.
• Identify opportunities to improve profitability and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with leadership on capital investments, equipment needs, and long-term facility planning.
• Partner with engineering, supply chain, procurement, quality, sales, and other functions to support plant objectives.
• Maintain effective relationships with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders as needed.
• Communicate operational performance, challenges, and improvement initiatives to senior leadership.
