Job summary

JMJ Phillip is seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to lead plant maintenance and reliability efforts. You will oversee preventive, predictive, and corrective programs, manage budgets, and drive continuous improvement to maximize equipment reliability and support production goals.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent.
10+ years of progressive maintenance experience in industrial/manufacturing settings.
Experience with planning, scheduling, budgeting, and personnel management.
Strong knowledge of hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical equipment and maintenance procedures.
Experience with SAP or other ERP systems.

Responsibilities

Direct and manage preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs to maximize reliability and minimize downtime.
Develop maintenance strategies that support production goals and optimize performance.
Lead planning, scheduling, and resource allocation for maintenance activities.
Monitor equipment performance and identify opportunities to reduce downtime and costs.
Oversee capital projects from planning through commissioning and reporting.
