Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• 10+ years of progressive maintenance experience in industrial/manufacturing settings.
• Experience with planning, scheduling, budgeting, and personnel management.
• Strong knowledge of hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical equipment and maintenance procedures.
• Experience with SAP or other ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Direct and manage preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs to maximize reliability and minimize downtime.
• Develop maintenance strategies that support production goals and optimize performance.
• Lead planning, scheduling, and resource allocation for maintenance activities.
• Monitor equipment performance and identify opportunities to reduce downtime and costs.
• Oversee capital projects from planning through commissioning and reporting.
