JMJ Phillip Group in Holly Springs is seeking an experienced Plant Superintendent to oversee blending, production scheduling, and circular economy activities, while driving safety, quality, on‑time delivery, and cost‑effective production.

You will lead a diverse team, foster engagement across departments, and apply continuous improvement methods to improve productivity, efficiency, and customer satisfaction in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Proven managerial experience in a fast-paced manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Strong understanding of production operations, scheduling, and process improvement.
• Strong communication across electronic, verbal, team, and presentation environments.
• Ability to lead and develop teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated commitment to workplace safety and employee engagement.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee the efficient operation of blending, production, circular economy activities, and production scheduling.
• Establish and implement cost-effective production methods while meeting customer expectations.
• Ensure production objectives are achieved while maintaining quality, delivery, and safety standards.
