Job summary

OmniMax is seeking a Plant Manager to provide hands-on leadership of our manufacturing operations, driving safety, quality, delivery, cost, and people performance. You will develop teams, use metrics, and coordinate cross-functional partners to achieve plant goals.

Responsibilities include setting performance expectations, planning production, and leading continuous improvement initiatives while coaching a high-performing team.

Qualifications

• At least 3–5 years of supervisory or leadership experience in manufacturing.
• Experience leading manufacturing teams and operations.
• Strong business acumen with P&L responsibility and performance metrics.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day manufacturing operations to meet safety, quality, production, delivery and cost objectives.
• Establish clear performance expectations and accountability for leaders and employees.
• Review schedules, customer requirements, product specs and capacity to plan plant operations.
• Monitor KPIs and reports to identify opportunities and resolve performance issues.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on efficiency, quality, and cost.
