Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or relevant field.
• 6+ years of experience in a heavy industrial manufacturing plant.
• Experience in plant management and manufacturing operations; strong communication, management and supervisory skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee plant operations such as budget, production schedule and stock
• Maintain clean and safe workplace
• Analyze production costs and inventory to establish areas for improvements
• Address the needs of the customer while at the same time promoting and protecting the long-term interests of the Company
• Initiate and implement production and scheduling related programs, strategies and techniques that result in increased productivity, and maintain safe operations of the assigned Plant, while containing the budgeted expenses of the assigned plant
• Hire, train, coach, and hold employees accountable while building a strong, professional team culture
• Ensure adherence to rules and workplace policies
• Examine processes and design plans to effectively use available resources
