Job summary

Gibraltar Building Products is seeking a Plant Manager to lead a U.S. manufacturing facility in Texas. You will drive safety, quality, delivery, and cost performance while developing high-performing teams.

You will provide strategic and hands-on leadership to meet customer expectations, optimize processes, and sustain a culture of accountability and continuous improvement across the site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Operations Management, Manufacturing, or related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
• 7 years of progressive manufacturing leadership experience, including leadership of managers and supervisors.
• Strong knowledge of safety, quality, production, maintenance, and continuous improvement principles.
• Experience managing budgets, operational metrics, and business performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead overall manufacturing plant leadership, performance, and operational excellence.
• Drive safety-first culture and ensure compliance with regulations and policies.
• Manage production planning and execution to meet on-time delivery targets and efficiency.
• Lead cost management, waste reduction, and lean initiatives without compromising safety or quality.
• Develop high-performing teams and an inclusive, accountable workplace culture.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve capacity, flow, and equipment reliability.
• Lead capital planning, investments, and use data to drive improvements.
