Job summary

Oldcastle APG, Inc., based in Tampa, FL, is seeking a Production Manager to oversee all plant operations on-site. The role focuses on safety, quality, efficiency, preventative maintenance, and housekeeping across the facility.

The position requires a Bachelor's degree or 3+ years of plant management experience, with strong knowledge of OSHA standards, and the ability to lead procurement and staffing to meet production goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 3+ years as a plant manager in a related industry.
• Ability to review production reports and P&L statements.
• Strong working knowledge of OSHA and safety procedures.
• Purchasing experience preferred.
• Ability to train and instruct employees.

Responsibilities

• Direct all plant manufacturing processes and ensure product quality in a safe environment.
• Plan equipment layout, workflow, and workforce utilization; oversee raw material procurement.
• Plan and establish production schedules and sequences to meet goals.
• Perform additional duties as needed.
