Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and/or three or more years as a plant manager in a similar industry or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
• Strong working knowledge of OSHA and safety procedures.
• Ability to review and discuss production results and P&L statements.
• Purchasing experience is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Direct all plant manufacturing processes and ensure quality products while maintaining a safe work environment.
• Plan and direct layout of equipment, workflow, and workforce utilization; participate in procurement of raw materials and production supplies.
• Establish work schedules, assignments, and production sequences to meet goals.
• Perform other duties as needed.
