Job summary

Sika Versailles Plant is seeking a seasoned Plant Manager to lead safe, efficient, and compliant operations while driving site development and accountability aligned with Sika’s values. You will oversee safety, quality, service, productivity, cost, and people development at the site level.

You will build high-performing teams across production, maintenance, engineering, quality, and supply chain, and partner with R&D, commercial, and environmental teams to sustain reliable operations and capital

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of manufacturing leadership experience.
• Proven ability to lead safe, efficient operations while improving quality and cost.
• Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement.
• Excellent cross-functional communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety culture and ensure compliance with safety rules.
• Deliver annual quality, service, and productivity goals.
• Build and sustain high-performing teams across functions.
• Collaborate with engineering, maintenance, EHS, quality, supply chain, R&D, and commercial teams.
• Drive continuous improvement using lean, SPC, and root cause analysis.
• Develop a flexible organization that can adapt to demand and capacity changes.
• Manage operating expenses and capital projects to meet targets.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and corporate requirements.
• Select, coach, and develop salaried and hourly associates.
• Communicate across the organization and promote respect and ownership.
