Sika AG in Lancaster, TX is seeking an experienced Plant Manager to lead safe, efficient operations and drive growth at the Lancaster facility. You will develop programs to improve quality, productivity, and environmental responsibility while representing the corporation’s vision on site.

The role requires a strong manufacturing leadership background, excellent communication, and the ability to map and optimize processes across engineering, maintenance, and quality functions.

Responsibilities

• Attain annual safety goals through safety management and enforcement of rules and procedures.
• Achieve annual quality and delivery goals by understanding product quality demands and streamlining processes.
• Collaborate with engineering, maintenance and quality functions including capital planning and problem solving.
• Support continuous improvement concepts including lean manufacturing and statistical process control.
• Communicate the importance of continuous improvement across the organization.
• Meet annual expense budgets and execute annual capital budgets for benefits.
• Select, train, and develop staff to perform at their best.
• Develop factory associates to ensure uninterrupted skill availability.
• Motivate personnel to reach goals through coaching and leadership.
