Sika is seeking an experienced Plant Manager for its Lancaster, TX facility to drive safe, efficient operations and growth. You will develop programs to improve quality and productivity and serve as the plant's representative to achieve the company’s vision for manufacturing excellence. You will lead engineering, maintenance, and quality functions, manage budgets, train staff, and foster a culture of continuous improvement and teamwork in a manufacturing environment.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or related field required.
• Minimum of 10 years manufacturing management experience.

Mansioni

• Attain annual safety goals and enforce safety rules across the manufacturing organization.
• Meet annual quality and delivery goals; map processes and identify non-value-added activities to streamline production.
• Collaborate with engineering, maintenance, and quality functions; participate in capital planning and preventative maintenance.
• Apply continuous improvement concepts (lean, SPC) and understand mechanical/chemical/electrical engineering basics.
• Communicate effectively with all levels; educate teams on continuous improvement.
