Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 7–10 years of manufacturing experience.
• Experience in at least three areas: supervision (hourly/salaried), quality/engineering, manufacturing engineering, maintenance, HR, finance, labor contracts or operations management.
• Strong safety, quality, customer satisfaction and continuous improvement mindset.

Responsibilities

• Promote a safe work environment and ensure compliance with safety and environmental rules.
• Lead operations team, set goals, conduct performance reviews and support development.
• Own P&L responsibility, analyze costs, improve product margins and productivity.
• Understand plant policies and labor agreements; ensure adherence across shift teams.
• Act as process owner for the Quality Management System for Manufacturing and Delivery.
• Balance resources to meet customer requirements and plant objectives; perform capacity analyses.
• Communicate effectively across functions, including hourly and salaried staff, suppliers, and customers.
