Job summary

Custom Processing Services Inc. is seeking a Plant Manager for the East Greenville campus.

This leadership role is the top accountability in the unit, overseeing strategic planning to meet corporate objectives and tactical daily operations, while balancing CPS core values of safety, people, customer, and CPS focus. You will lead daily production meetings, ensure production data accuracy across MIS, CMMS, ERP, HRM, and develop reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with 3 years of related Manufacturing Leadership experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field with 10 years of related Manufacturing Leadership experience.
• Champion and embodiment of CPS Core Values
• Excellent communication skills, including proficiency in Office Suite
• Willingness to work 24/7 manufacturing operation
• Ability to multitask and prioritize competing demands
• Commitment to ongoing education and personal development
• Desire to be a change agent, resilient under conflict
• Flexible and open to change while maintaining a firm stance
• Experience developing personnel
• Ability to analyze data and identify trends

Responsibilities

• Lead daily production meetings and communicate short/long-term operational targets.
• Maintain accuracy of production elements in MIS (financial reporting, CMMS, ERP, HRM).
• Provide regular feedback to employees on performance relative to goals and CPS Values.
• Evaluate business requirements and report to corporate management when not available.
• Participate in budgeting to set achievable resource goals.
• Share knowledge to improve business execution across the unit.
• Direct reporting and oversight of direct/indirect reports and hourly staff.
• Perform other duties as identified by Senior Leadership.
