Job summary

Custom Processing Services seeks a Plant Manager to lead the East Greenville campus, translating corporate objectives into daily operations while balancing People Focused, Customer Focused, and CPS Focused priorities.

You will drive safety culture, deliver manufacturing plans, manage budgets, and collaborate with EHS, Quality, Maintenance, Logistics, Planning and Engineering to meet metrics and EBITDA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and 3 years of manufacturing leadership.
• Alternatively, a related degree with 10 years of leadership experience.
• Champion CPS Core Values and collaborative team player.
• Excellent communication skills and proficiency in Office Suite.
• Willingness to work in a 24/7 manufacturing operation.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize under competing demands.
• Desire to develop personnel and drive change.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily production meeting and communicate targets and priorities.
• Ensure MIS accuracy including financial reporting, CMMS, ERP, and HRM.
• Maintain safety, quality, and production standards across units.
• Collaborate with EHS, Quality, Maintenance, Logistics, Planning and Engineering.
• Direct supervision of hourly staff and cross-functional teams.
