Custom Processing Services, Inc. seeks a Plant Manager to lead the Reading Campus operations, focusing on safety, efficiency, and performance within the CPS framework.

You will guide production, ensure data accuracy across SAP/ERP-like systems, and drive training and development for direct reports. The role emphasizes collaboration with EHS, Quality, Maintenance, and Logistics to achieve monthly revenue targets while operating within budget and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and three years of related experience in Manufacturing Leadership.
• Alternatively, Bachelor’s degree in a related field and ten years of related experience in Manufacturing Leadership.
• Champion and embodiment of CPS Core Values.
• Willingness to work as part of a collaborative team, promoting trust and respect.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, including proficiency in Office Suite applications.
• Willingness to operate in a twenty-four hour, seven day manufacturing operation.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a high-demand environment.
• Commitment to ongoing education and personal development.
• Desire to be a change agent and persevere through conflicts.
• Flexibility and openness to change while maintaining resolve.

Responsibilities

• Lead the daily production meeting and communicate short and long term operational targets.
• Ensure production elements are accurately reflected in management information systems (financial reporting, CMMS, ERP, HRM).
• Maintain training programs and develop new tools for the business units.
• Foster a culture of safety, engagement, and CPS Core Values across teams.
• Collaborate with EHS, Quality, Maintenance, Logistics, Planning, and Engineering to deliver the manufacturing plan.
