Job summary

Atlas Molded Products in Kingman, AZ is seeking a Plant Manager to lead manufacturing operations, drive safety, quality and cost effectiveness, and deliver KPI targets across the site.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree and at least ten years in manufacturing management, with experience in ERP systems, budgeting, and capital projects. You will develop staff and coordinate with engineering on product improvements and maintenance.

Qualifications

• Ten years of progressive experience in manufacturing management.
• 5+ years direct supervisory experience with staff development.
• Experience in a continuous operations environment.
• Experience with capital investment planning and program management.
• Experience with Environmental, Health and Safety regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of plant operations through plant staff to meet safety, quality, and service KPIs while minimizing cost, inventory, and waste.
• Ensure a safe work environment and drive zero-injury culture; enforce safety policies.
• Achieve manufacturing profit objectives at the lowest overall cost.
• Support Engineering with product improvements and testing.
• Manage capital equipment selection, budgeting, and long-range planning; oversee maintenance and enhancements.
• Select, train, develop, lead, and motivate direct reports.
• Complete all administrative requirements (monthly reports, manufacturing reports, etc.).
