Job summary

Price Industries is seeking an experienced Plant Manager for our manufacturing facility in Casa Grande, AZ. You will lead the entire plant operation, drive production efficiency, maintain quality and safety, and ensure on-time shipping.

This role requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and hands-on involvement across all functions. The ideal candidate has a BS in Engineering, 8+ years of managerial experience, and a track record of improving productivity, cost control, and employee

Qualifications

BS Degree in Engineering; Manufacturing or Industrial preferred.
5+ years of experience in a manufacturing operation; plant or operations manager.
8+ years of solid managerial experience.
Knowledge of budgeting, strategic planning, resource allocation, HR.
Familiarity with standard industry equipment and technical expertise.
Knowledge of safety, quality, productivity, inventory, and stewardship.

Responsibilities

Oversee and direct the entire plant operation.
Plan, organize, direct, and run day-to-day operations to meet production and customer expectations.
Increase production, asset capacity, and flexibility while minimizing costs and maintaining quality.
Ensure production output, product quality, and on-time shipping.
Allocate resources to optimize facility utilization.
Implement strategies with clear direction to the team.
Monitor operations and implement corrective actions as needed.
Analyze data to identify waste and overtime.
Maintain commitment to plant safety policies and procedures.
Develop systems to track productivity standards and performance targets.
Address employee issues and administer the collective bargaining agreement.
