- Impressive track record of driving continuous improvement in operations and manufacturing excellence.
- Strong leadership with ability to balance strategic and operational priorities.
- 10+ years of progressively responsible manufacturing leadership experience in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Build operational and human capital capability at the plant.
- Develop an environment of success and high engagement.
- Drive lean operating system deployment (5S, SMED, TPS) and continuous improvement.
- Develop KPIs and lead regular KPI reviews for the plant team.
