Job summary

MAKS Plastics is seeking a Plant Manager to oversee daily manufacturing operations, shipping, and order fulfillment. The role requires building a safe, productive, and efficient environment while meeting quality standards and production goals.

The ideal candidate will drive continuous improvement, manage budgets and resources, and lead a high-performance team across multiple departments to deliver quality products to customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Engineering, Operations or related field.
• Proven experience as Plant/Operations Manager or similar leadership role.
• Experience in manufacturing operations, rotational molding plastics or related processes is a plus.
• Lean, Six Sigma or CI certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, direct, and manage daily plant operations to meet customer expectations.
• Ensure production output, quality, and on-time shipping goals.
• Increase capacity, asset utilization, and efficiency while controlling costs.
• Coordinate production schedules and priorities to support demand and business objectives.
• Oversee maintenance, equipment performance, and resources; partner with engineering for improvements.
• Lead safety culture, enforce health and safety policies, ensure regulatory compliance.
