The role requires strong analytical skills, ERP and MS Office proficiency, and experience in continuous improvement and environmental health and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• Proficient with MS Office and ERP systems.
• Analytical skills to evaluate proposals and data.
• Solid understanding of financial statements and budgeting.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of plant operations to meet safety, quality, service, and cost KPIs.
• Ensure safe work environment and continuous safety improvements.
• Achieve manufacturing profit objectives at the lowest overall cost.
• Support engineering with product improvements and testing.
• Oversee capital equipment selection, budgeting, and long-range planning.
• Lead and develop plant staff and supervisors.
• Complete monthly and manufacturing reports and analyses.
