WIN Waste Innovations is seeking an Operations Superintendent to oversee safe and efficient facility operations under the direction of the Operations/Plant Manager. The role requires directing staff, enforcing safety and environmental standards, and developing operational strategies to maximize reliability.

The position emphasizes training, permit administration, and detailed reporting. A strong safety focus and ability to coordinate across shifts and sites are essential for success.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent is required; additional education is a plus.
• Five years of supervisor experience in a power plant or manufacturing in a comparable role.
• Knowledge of steam generating power plant operation, maintenance and control.
• Proficiency with safety equipment and OSHA PPE requirements.
• Licenses as required by local, state, federal, environmental and health/safety agencies; ASME QRO license possible.
• Massachusetts facility license requirements for 2nd Class Engineers; ability to pursue 1st Class Engineers license.

Responsabilidades

• Direct and supervise operations staff to ensure safe, clean and efficient facility operation.
• Enforce company policies, procedures, and environmental/safety compliance.
• Train shift personnel in safety, equipment use, and operating procedures.
• Develop operational strategies to improve reliability and efficiency.
• Maintain permits and complete administrative functions related to performance and time records.
• Create and maintain plant operating data, reports, and emergency procedures.
• Respond to emergencies, inspect for safety, and coordinate with management during off-hours.
