Job summary

Lippert is seeking a Plant Operations Supervisor to oversee production lines, ensure on-time delivery, and manage a small team. The role emphasizes safety, continuous improvement, and adherence to company policies while driving quality and efficiency across assigned lines.

The position requires leadership experience, strong problem solving, and the ability to coordinate with multiple departments. Some overtime and local travel may be expected as part of production schedules.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Proven leadership experience in a similar industry.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with inventory software; AX.
• Preferred forklift operation certification (LCI license) or training available.
• Experience with Microsoft Office suite is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure production lines are produced and delivered on time.
• Troubleshoot and minimize downtime on lines as issues arise.
• Coordinate with supervisor, materials and powder coat on various issues.
• Directly supervise assigned floor employees and line teams.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and process standards.
• Complete and submit relevant paperwork and reports.
