Job summary

Niagara Bottling, LLC in Vernon, CA, is seeking an Assistant Plant Manager to help lead all aspects of our manufacturing plant, including safety, quality, and production. This role offers a development track to potentially assume the Plant Director position.

You will work with department managers to coordinate purchasing, production, quality, and shipping, hire and train staff, and drive cost controls while maintaining a safe, well‑run operation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
• MBA or related master's degree preferred.
• 6+ years in manufacturing field or similar environment.
• 6+ years in leadership role managing people or projects.
• 4+ years experience leading teams or projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead a safe plant culture.
• Ensure product quality control for the plant.
• Achieve plant production goals.
• Coordinate purchasing, production, quality and shipping with department managers.
• Schedule and conduct plant meetings.
• Direct and train plant supervisory and administrative staff.
