Job summary

Regal Rexnord is seeking a Senior Manager, Plant Manager for the New Hartford, CT site to drive overall plant performance, EHS, and P&L results. This hands-on leader will champion the Regal Rexnord Business System (RBS) and lead continuous improvement across value streams.

Responsibilities include safety, quality, delivery, and cost performance, building a high-performing team and executing short- and long-term objectives through change management and kaizen initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 10+ years in manufacturing.
• 5+ years leading manufacturing teams with measurable results.
• Proficient in Lean and data-driven decision making with MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Full plant responsibility for manufacturing operations, facilities, planning, and materials management.
• Lead a cross-functional organization to meet safety, quality, delivery, and cost targets.
• Develop and grow the plant leadership team and implement continuous improvement.
• Communicate performance with stakeholders and drive kaizen/GEMBA.
