Job summary

Wallman Unlimited Company seeks an experienced Multi-Site Operations Manager to provide senior leadership across three NW Wisconsin manufacturing facilities. You will manage 150–170 production staff across day, night, and weekend shifts, reporting to the President, and drive safety, quality, and efficiency improvements.

The role emphasizes hands-on floor presence, engaging leadership, and strong data-driven decision making to move the operation from good to great.

Qualifications

• Significant leadership experience in a manufacturing operations environment.
• Experience leading large production teams through managers and supervisors.
• Multi-site manufacturing leadership experience strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated responsibility for safety, quality, productivity, staffing, labor efficiency, and costs.
• Strong experience with Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement.
• Working knowledge of ERP/MRP systems and manufacturing data.
• Proven ability to coach and develop managers and build high-performing teams.
• Hands-on leadership style with high visibility on the floor.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational leadership across three manufacturing facilities and 150–170 production employees.
• Lead, coach, and develop Production Managers and other leaders.
• Oversee safety, quality, productivity, staffing, labor efficiency, cost control, and performance.
• Establish clear expectations and accountability while maintaining engagement.
• Spend meaningful time on the manufacturing floor understanding processes and opportunities.
• Use data and metrics to identify opportunities and drive improvements.
• Strengthen leadership capabilities throughout the organization.
• Support Lean and continuous-improvement across facilities and shifts.
• Improve labor utilization, manufacturing efficiency, quality, and costs.
• Collaborate with the President and senior leaders on priorities and growth.
• Ensure ERP/MRP systems and operating information are used in decision-making.
• Build consistency across day, night, and weekend operations.
