Job summary

Maker’s Pride, LLC in Virginia seeks a seasoned plant production manager responsible for all phases of manufacturing, safety, quality, and efficient operation on a scheduled shift and line.

You will lead hiring and training, coordinate materials flow, enforce GMPs, plan production, and drive continuous improvement to meet delivery targets while controlling costs. This is a full-time, salaried position with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
• Food, CPG or Pharma manufacturing experience required.
• Leading a multi-shift organization required.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership across hires, training, and performance management.
• Oversee material-to-product processes to minimize waste and labor cost.
• Plan production operations and schedules.
• Ensure GMPs and safety regulations are followed.
• Review production data and resolve operational issues.
