Maker’s Pride, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for our Front Royal, VA wafer and cracker plant. This salaried role oversees Leads and Mechanics, ensuring GMPs, safety, and food safety compliance while maintaining production efficiency.

The position supports 24/7 plant operations with Sunday-Thursday or Tuesday-Saturday shifts. Competitive benefits and a discretionary incentive are offered.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of maintenance leadership experience in manufacturing.
• Experience in food/beverage high-speed manufacturing is ideal.
• Safety-focused with site EHS collaboration.
• Strong electrical and controls experience beneficial.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor and track work orders and PMs to maintain efficiency and equipment performance.
• Provide coaching and mentorship to team members and ensure performance expectations are met.
• Supervise maintenance staff and ensure documentation and shift handoffs are completed.
• Maintain safety, GMPs and food safety compliance within the department.
• Communicate across departments to determine operational priorities.
