Job summary

Reed Minerals LLC is seeking a Site Manager to lead the Gallipolis, OH manufacturing facility. You will oversee production, safety, and continuous improvement while coordinating with HR, maintenance, and finance to drive results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Operations Management, or related field (preferred).
• Minimum 7–10 years progressive experience in operations management, preferable in manufacturing.
• Aggregates processing experience required.
• Demonstrated leadership and team management skills.
• Strong financial acumen and budgets/purchasing experience.
• Strong communication, analytical and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily plant production to meet delivery and quality goals.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance plans for uptime and reliability.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives using lean practices.
• Manage inventories, including packaging and materials.
• Coordinate capital projects to improve efficiency and capacity.
• Lead safety and compliance programs and staff.
• Collaborate with Sales on order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
• Prepare production and safety reporting; ensure regulatory compliance.
