Allegion’s Snoqualmie, WA plant seeks a Plant Manager to lead safety, quality, and operations, overseeing manufacturing, materials, planning, and engineering for the Snoqualmie facility and adjacent operations. You will champion continuous improvement, employee engagement, and Lean initiatives while delivering value to customers and shareholders.

Qualifications

• Purposeful lean implementation experience demonstrated in a manufacturing setting.
• Broad functional oversight including safety, manufacturing, quality, engineering, materials and planning.
• Experience leading large teams and driving continuous improvement in a union environment is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Create a culture of employee engagement and continuous improvement.
• Support the Lean enterprise model to improve growth and health of the business.
• Lead a multi-functional team and respond to customer demand changes.
• Develop and execute annual plans and budgets for labor and overhead to improve productivity.
• Maintain OSHA safety standards and drive cost and lead time improvements.
