Allegion’s Stanley Access Technologies plant in Farmington, CT seeks a Plant Manager to lead safe, cost-effective manufacturing operations. The role focuses on delivering significant improvements in on-time delivery, cost, and lead times while developing a world-class plant organization.

The candidate will drive a 5-year strategy, oversee KPI reviews, and implement lean initiatives to boost performance and customer satisfaction. Strong leadership and engineering background preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial or Manufacturing Engineering preferred.
• Ten years manufacturing operations leadership experience.
• Strong leadership and people development skills.
• Ability to drive cost reduction and productivity improvements.

Responsibilities

• Drive rapid, significant and sustainable improvements in delivery, costs, and lead times.
• Develop and execute a 5-year manufacturing strategy.
• Lead KPI reviews with plant and business-unit leaders.
• Oversee implementation of lean manufacturing initiatives (5S, SMED, TPM).
• Coach and mentor a high-performing team and ensure KPI tracking.
• Coordinate manufacturing with sales, design engineering, and other functions.
