Job summary

The role focuses on driving continuous improvement through Lean, 5S, and KPI reporting, managing budgets and material usage, coordinating with purchasing and logistics, and maintaining compliance with safety standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, Operations Management, or related field.
• 5+ years of manufacturing or plant operations experience, including leadership.
• Experience with Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily manufacturing activities to meet production schedules and quality standards.
• Lead, develop, and hold supervisors and employees accountable for performance and attendance.
• Maintain a safe working environment and ensure compliance with regulations and company standards.
• Monitor production output, labor utilization, equipment performance, downtime, and scrap; drive efficiency.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance and equipment improvements to minimize downtime.
• Manage plant operating expenses, labor costs, and materials usage to meet financial goals.
