Food Management Search, Inc. is seeking a Plant Manager to lead daily plant operations in Linden, Michigan. You will oversee production, maintenance, quality, and safety to meet customer requirements, productivity targets, and cost controls.

You will drive continuous improvement using Lean, 5S, and root-cause analysis, develop strong supervisors, manage budgets, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance and reliable, efficient operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in manufacturing, engineering, operations management, or related field.
• 5+ years of manufacturing or plant operations experience with leadership responsibilities.
• Strong knowledge of Lean manufacturing, safety, ERP/MRP systems, and quality practices.
