Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or related field.
• MS or MBA degree is desirable.
• 10+ years of experience in manufacturing operations.
• Continuous Improvement, Lean Manufacturing, and Six Sigma Certification.
• Ability to lead and develop production teams.

Responsibilities

• Safely manufacture a quality product meeting specs and delivery.
• Adhere to process control procedures and quality instructions.
• Develop long- and short-range strategies for manufacturing improvements.
• Manage costs, WIP, and production planning to meet budgets.
• Lead plant teams including hiring, performance evaluations, and development.
• Maintain a strong safety culture through Cardinal Rules.
• Oversee budgets and production schedules.
• Oversee material, manpower, and equipment allocation.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
