Qualifications

• 5–7 years in manufacturing with 4–6 years in a supervisory role
• Bachelor's or Associate's degree with 3–5 years manufacturing and 4–6 years supervisory
• Proven cross-functional leadership and managing large-scale operations
• Lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and ERP expertise
• Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and leadership capabilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data analysis tools

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop departmental leaders to achieve plant objectives
• Oversee safety, quality, production, maintenance, and engineering functions
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce waste and improve efficiency
• Collaborate with maintenance and engineering to ensure equipment reliability
• Analyze KPIs and report plant performance to leadership
